EARTH CARE
At Penn Wynne, we believe that caring for the environment goes hand-in-hand with our faith. We are striving to become a PCUSA certified Earth Care congregation. The Earth Care group is newly established and open to the community. Our goal is to foster a space for meaningful discussions, education, collaboration, and earth-centered trips, projects, and activities. Please join us as we embark on this important work!
Penn Wynne Presbyterian Church is joining in the mission of the General Assembly (2022) of Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) to reduce our carbon footprint by 25% in the next four years.
Our next meeting will take place on Sunday, April 14th at 12:30pm in the church lounge!

Pennsylvania Interfaith Power & Light is aligned in its mission with IPL National to cultivate a religious response to the threat of climate change.
In more recent years, great strides have been made by Township Commissioners, staff, and advisory committees to minimize the Township’s impacts on resource consumption, waste, and greenhouse gas emissions, and to help residents connect with the natural environment.
Sustainable Living and Earth Care Concerns purposes to accompany Presbyterians reflecting on and living out economic and environmental decisions as an extension of their faith and values.
CALM is committed to supporting our residents and community to make the transition to a sustainable future.
The Penn Wynne Civic Association is a non-partisan volunteer group that has organized activities and advocated on behalf of our community for more than eighty years.
The Pennsylvania Horticultural Society uses horticulture to advance the health and well-being of the Greater Philadelphia region.
